Pls suggest general medicine for loose motion for infant below 6 months.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the motion is very high you have to give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give breastfeeding at frequent intervals and then meet your doctor will tell you which specific medicines can be given to a child who is less than 6 months of age and do not give any medicine to such a small child without medical consultation

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum there is no general medicine recommended for the kids so if your baby is suffering from loose motion you need to get him observed from the doctor because the it can be because of many reasons it can be infection or because of a teething or it can be because of weather changes so proper observation is needed
