Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dejuhydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous highf grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Sporolac Two times in a day can be given to the child also I’d like to tell you definitely that you should completely stop giving milk to the child you can go ahead with giving non-lactose formula feeding for the time being
