pls help me baby ko vaccine ke baad fever kitne din fever aata hai mere baby ko dhai month ka vaccine lga hsi 3 din se fever aa rha. koi problm tonhi hai.

But as long as the baby is healthy and active, accepting feeds and the fever is not crossing 100 frequently there shouldn’t be any problem. Try giving a light sponging to reduce the severity. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
