ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 42 months old and she has received her influenza vaccinations injection first dose then you should have a paracetamol with you as any injection can cause fever and one more dose she should be given after 1 month

Write Your Answer Here Yes a child is going to get fever with most of the vaccination is that you get done but that’s completely normal I will advise you to start giving paracetamol to the child repeat it every six hours of the fever is still there and rub ice you want to the area with the vaccination has been given
