Please tell me how to increase breast milk . Tried everything but nothing is working

A. Lactare tablets or shatavari capsules from Himalaya can be taken twice a day after meals and after feeding always have a glass of water and eat a well balanced diet and massage your breast towards nipple before feeding the baby and apply warm compress over itv
