My baby is almost 2 months old and he is on formula feed. But i want to give him breast feed but my milk supply is extremely low. I am doing and eating everything to increase milk supply but nothing is working for. My baby hardlu gets milk whenever i breastfeed him. Please help.

A. Hi, food like fenugreek, oatmeal, garlic, fennel seed, sabudana etc are know to increase the milk supply. Ensure you take proper meal and rest. also have enough water. Let the baby latch on both breast to get proper milk supply to baby. Thanks
