Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give top food 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed

But mealtimes should also involve an increasing variety of foods, including baby cereal, fruits and vegetables, and mashed or pureed meats.
