please suggest best cold syrup for my 6 months old baby

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine gilike wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with ca proper hydration .
