please send us me the diet of my son which are more beneficial for him . perfect weight & till he not goodly walk & speak

mam ,by the age of one year , child can take all food items which we prepare at home for whole family.
so no need of specific diet plan.
give whatever you take in your own meal.
kids learn to walk at the age between 12 to 18 months and they learn to talk by the age of 2 or 3 years ,so please don't take much stress for this
just practice it more
give enough play time.
