please how much meal and how much quantity should in one meal please suggest baby boy is around 3 year

A. Very difficult to say what is going to be the portion size you should just decide according to the need and appetite of the child you should give all the family foods for proteins and make sure to give proper breakfast lunch and dinner to the child and the food quantity would be dependent upon the appetite of the child
