A. DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different coloour plates as well as different sizee plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

A. Hi parent you can give four to five times meals to your child per day you can give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc you can give small quantity of soji halava sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
