#asktheexperts Hello doctor, My daughter is 7 & half months old, I give her 1st solid meal at around 12 noon & 2nd solid meal at around 7 pm.... Also 3 times she drinks formula milk. I wanted to know what should be the quantity of solid meals?

But why are you maintaining this gap you’re supposed to give breakfast lunch and dinner three meals where is the lunch in this meal that I’m not getting and you should give proper three solid meals to the child as per the need and appetite of your child and also you should give milk accordingly depending upon the appetite of the child
