pass 2 day my baby is continuously vomiting and not passing motion since 2 days we have started solids from 5 months now he is 7 months old

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. give easily digestibzle food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the bzody. for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk
