# our daughter weight is 8kg and she 1.6 months old what can we do but she is very active catch everything very quickly

A. Hello! To increase her weight and boost her overall growth and development you must give her balanced and nutritious meals. Also give her small and frequent meals which are calorie dense. Include foods like ragi, potato, paneer, banana, curd, nuts, sprouts and dals. Sample plan - suji nuts kheer for breakfast, banana as mid meal, aloo cheese paratha for lunch, apple lassi as snacks, paneer pulao for dinner, milk+ dates before bedtime. Hope this helps!

A. hi weight is really good. no need to worry give 3 major meals and 2 snacks per day. include Healthy food items like green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , pulses, beans , dairy products etc
