Include foods like ragi, potato, paneer, banana, curd, nuts, sprouts and dals.
Sample plan - suji nuts kheer for breakfast, banana as mid meal, aloo cheese paratha for lunch, apple lassi as snacks, paneer pulao for dinner, milk+ dates before bedtime.

no need to worry
give 3 major meals and 2 snacks per day.
include Healthy food items like green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , pulses, beans , dairy products etc
