Q.

Our baby boy is 15 months old. He had cold for last 2-3 days, but has no fever. Now although cold is not there, but since last three days his stool has become liquid, he is defecating 2-3 times. Is it viral diarrhoea or something else? Please suggest what to do? His appetite is also low since last 3-4 days.
