After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if baby is not eating rice specifically then there is no problem. As baby can also have mood to eat something nor not. So do nkt worry. Give him something else to eat than rice.
