diet should be Wholesome and nutritious and should comprise of proteins carbohydrates vitamins minerals along with fibres

as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
so it is common problem but don't worry it is not permanent.
so keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
for example
you can offer rice in different forms like kheer, khichu, dhokla, idli, etc
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
but please don't force your child
