Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Orange As a fruit is good if you want to start the day of your child with fruits it is fine but juices are not recommended to be given their high in sugar which can be damaging for the child which is why the nutritionist would never advise you to go for juices at any age at any point of time
