one of my 80 days twin baby got cold and with doctor advise I used Zyrtec and when another baby sstarts cold, I gave her Zyrtec to control cold.. now she cough often and als past 3 days she doesn't take proper feed and also she didn't passed stools.. but urine good. plz advise

Even after following the suggestion given by the doctor if there is no improvement in next 2 or 3 days it is advisable to meet the local pediatrician for examination diagnosis and treatment of the child

as baby s now 80 days old so for cold common cold or seasonal flu is viral in origin. Know some remedies to relieve baby.
For nasal blockage give naso clear saline drops which should be put in nose 2 drops each.
Can give otrivin pediatric nasal drops 2- 3 drops each nose.
Can give indirect steam inhalation in which steam is just in surrounding of baby. It can help to remove mucus by coughing process.
Apply vicks vaporub over back and chest of baby 
In case baby has abnormal breathing sounds so soon see a doctor as it needs auscultation and  examination.
