one month old baby boy. seems to have dryness on the forehead near eyebrows. applied coconut oil. see in pic. is there anything to worry or it is normal. needs any other treatments?

A. it's not normal, seems like sone local skin infection or insect bites. try applying t bact ointment, if no cure after using it, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
