Well, covid is a kind of flu , flu can happen even if one is infected with it before.
But it's always a better choice to keep your immunity boosted
Take easy to digest food
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Take lukewarm water for drinking usage
