after covid 19 vaccination how much time after I can feed the baby

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely .
According to the latest guidelines issued by healthy ministry pregnant women can also be now safely given the current available vaccines . so they can also register at covin app.
Minor complications like fever lethargy pain at injection site can be handled safely by taking paracetamol .
Presedntly children are not inclvuded in this list.
Mothers can feed their child as soon as required after the vaccination very safely with no side effects in the child

please give plenty of breast feeding to your child after vaccination
no need to worry about this matter
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
