Do we have to take any special care once hit with covid'19 and tested negative? Any post covid check ups for the kid?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in thics. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

U Should at least give multivitamin for about 2 to 3 months also you should make sure that you’re always keeping a body hydrated by giving really very good amount of liquids because it’s really very important to go for liquid really build in a lot of energy and try to give glucose water
