keep a balanced diet with all vital nutrients l
add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, plenty of fluids avoid fasting and long gaps between meals

Yes you can eat... oats is rich in fibre content you can have it during your complete pregnancy there is no harm... you can have it with a glass of milk first thing in the morning or you could even make it like porridge and have it .. either way it is good and no harm in eating oats during your first trimester but don’t forget to take the folic acid pills which the doctor would have suggested
