AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Pain in legs during pregnancy is due to the increasing weight of the baby . u can do massage with warm oil to get relief. Take adequate rest and sleep and wear comfortable footwear. take care and all the best
