my weight is not reducing after 3 months of delivery..recently started walking..

A. dear Mum, for weight loss, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat,sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily.
