my weight is 45kg what food good for reach 52kg

Namaste Mom, One is your metabolism and body type if you been a lean person , it would be slightly be difficult that weight gain wont be easy. other is have healthy high calorie foods such as fresh fruit milk shakes , stuff paranthas such as with potatoes , panner etc , dals and legumes such as black gram horse gram , rajma , chana , , eggs , if preffered, dry fruits , nuts and seeds , chicken
