In other words, if a child weighs 20 kg it should have 10-15mg x 20, which is 200-300 mg.Take one tablet every four to six hours when necessary to a maximum of four doses in 24 hours. Paracetamol 500mg Tablets should not be given to children under 10 years of age.For children aged 12-15 years: 480-750 mg every 4-6 hours up to a maximum of four doses daily. For children aged 10-11 years: 480-500 mg every 4-6 hours up to a maximum of four doses daily. For children aged 8-9 years: 360-375 mg every 4-6 hours up to a maximum of four doses daily.
