Q.

my two daughters one is four yrs old and other is one year old they don't eat that much food and they are very weak and lean also how to grow their weight?

A. try to give both more energy dense, high protien food more often a day. In between mail meals, fruit, fruit juice, one biscuit can be given. Avoid junk foods strictly.. Avoid force feeding.

A. hello you should try with different food option and recipe and also you should give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and also include fruits which is a natural appetizer that can help improve the kids appetite which is better
