My twin boys are 7 month old. Can we start giving solids. At what time rice is recommended?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, 7 months is the right age to introduce top food to your baby. You can give rice for lunch or dinner. You can also give as khichadi. Begin with few teaspoons and gradually increase the quantity.
