my twin baby girls are 2.5 months old and they both vomit out complete milk after ultra d3 drops even after the gap between dosing and feeding is more. Whatbdo you recommend?

don't worry.. continue giving.. kids will develop the taste within few days.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

In such case you should start giving medicine before feeding your baby. And the D3 medicines are advised to give once in a day. So you can give it any time. Even you can keep a gap of 1 to 1 and half hours after feeding your baby. It will help baby to digest the medicine easily
