Q.

my stomach like 4th pregnency women after delivery so how can i reducemy problem pls tell me your solution

A. hi please give some time to your body to get back in shape. you have to wait for any workout atleast 6 months after delivery. till that ,prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits,oats etc more increase your fluid intake drink Luke warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
