Q.

i want to loose my weight please help me after my delivery i gain weight and my stomach is look like a pregnant women please give any suggestions

A. You have to start art physical exercise in your daily routine like either join yoga or any workout of your choice and take care the diet avoid oily fried junk foods and limit carbs intake and drink plenty of liquids f water

A. want to loose weight start with yoga or some low intense exercises.. brisk walk restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food.. keep yourself well hydrated
