my stomach has come out after my pregnancy delivery what should I do now to reduce belly.

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with working out after three months of your delivery because you’re stitches are going to heal completely by then and if you had a C-section the basic exercising and start after six months and a full fledged exercise can only be started after about 8 to 9 months of delivery when you’re such as heal completelyWrite Your Answer Here
