Q.

my son will complete 3 years in Oct he is nt have communication with us but he knows a to z number colours fruits n animals rhymes but he doesn't call us muma n Dada or water .kindly advise what to do n how to make him talk more

A. it's, fine, Spend lots of time communities with your child. asked frequent question or or make him ask for it and then give it to him- a process called .Don’t try to force your child to speak. encourage your baby is he or she repeat or even try. try making him say the name of objects, surrounding.

A. good evening I don't think there is any problem it is only about the mood swing of the child I would recommend you to make sure that you put your child in a kindergarten school so that the child is able to adapt

Our doctor has checked and confirmed too. i have 1 query only thay he is not communicating with us when we want but when he wants to communicate he does.
