Q.

hi.. my son is almost 2 n 1/2 year old... even though we interact with him on daily basis... he don't interact with us... he is very much attached to tv stuff... already he knows alphabets, number, animals n so on... so when he is with us without tv he just keeps repeating these things like animals name n sound, alphabets n all .. so should I be worried when he won't ask for anything to eat or any social activities...?

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences phfroperly.h if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. U Completely need to give stop giving TV time to the child you are you this week it is drift apart from their parents and they live in their own world only of television also look for it if your child is making an eye contact or responding to the Dev as well because if your child is not doing it that means your child little behind the normal
