Q.
My son will 3 yr old by 18 dec but still he is not specking or repeating words which we told .he started to say mumma,baby words 6 month before but now he is not saying it . But he sings complete 3- 4 rhymes & he can told a-z ,number from 1 to 10 everyday. I am not sure why he is not specking sentences or not talking with us?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. By 9 months to 1 year they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences.
