My son who is 4 months old has skin rashes which is circular, i put coconut oil on it but I see it is spreading... please let me know what can be done

A. it might be fungal infection.. Apply candid b cream two to three times per day for fifteen days. You’ll usually apply it to the affected area, plus a circular area around it. If it doesn’t start to clear up after a few days, or ringworm is spread on a larger portion of skin, consult your paedritician.
