ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom that’s quite a lot for his age he needs ro be work upon it . Firstly it’s important to find the reason for drastic increase in his weight , is it his eating habits ? Check his thyroid as well too ..
you need to take care of his diet and avoid any kind of refined and processed foods and sugary foods and make sure he is involved in some form if physical exercise as well
