my weight is 60 kg. want to reduce 5 kg. pls prescribe diet

A. To begin with start taking dinner by max 7 in the evening.take fruits or oats after that if u feel hungry.take war water with lemon n honey in the morning.do Surya namaskar.it will help curb food craving

A. Exercise and diet play equal and important role in reducing the weight. Have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets drink lots of water and also start with some light exercise like yoga and gradually make it more intense and also can go for walks do yoga under a professional yoga instructor can do cycling stretching swimming and breathing exercises as well
