Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. your child appears to be suffering from allergic cough and cold so kindly give anti allergic medicines like cetirizine to the child at evening time and give nasal saline drops every three hourly and if the problem continues for 3 days then meet your doctor

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for cold and cough you must give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby.
Also consult with your paediatric if necessary .
