my son not drinking cow milk and I'm still on bf .so I couldn't able to stop by. he is drinking pediasure 2 plus years drink but my pediatrician told it is not good for child . whether I can give him continuing pediasure any suggestions

Actually your doctor is correct all the supplements that you give to the child have high content of sugar into them which is why they’re not considered healthy if you want to make a dry fruit powder add some dry roasted nuts into them and add some unsweetened cocoa powder that is going to give you better results it look like what you are giving but will be very healthy
