Q.
My son is suffering from fever ,caugh and cold and this is happening repeatedly twice in month from last 3 months we have concerned with doctors used fever, antibiotics caught and cold syrups but the problem continues.He is also very weak and his weight is 12 Kgs

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations.
many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vaccinafted for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
