My son is snoring at nights and he is being diagnose adenoids. At age of 3 also he gad adenoids but then covid happened and due to lockdown the quality of air improved. So it got controlled without medicines. Are there any home remedies to treat it or allopathy only?

A. if the adenoids are not infected than no need of any operation. give healthy diet will help to improve immunity, avoid oily, junk, outside food. daily offer luke warm turmaric milk.

A. Salt water gargles can help. But If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
