NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and 8f child is speaking some words atleast may not be a problem otherwise it is better to check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed and he will be able to guide you accordingly
