my son is having fever and cold only upper body is heat can anyone suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 years old and he is having a cold and upper body part is warm so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation so

A. do record body temperature by placing thermometer in armpit fir 1 min. if it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6 hourly fir time being n talk to ur doctor.
