Q.

My toddler got his flu vaccine and now he has cold cough and fever only in the upper body ! Can fever be only in the upper body ???

A. need examination to get the right diagnosis done. take body temperature and if it records more then 100 f. then give syp paracetamol . give him lots of liquids and rest
