Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. for cold and running nose you can give drops maxtra 1 ml to times per day to the child and this medicine can be given maximum three times if required and give home remedies like to see Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk
