my son is having cold & cough from last 6 days. we are giving him ascoril ls drops nd solvin cold. but still there is no improvement in his heath

Nebulisation is definitely going to be a lot helpful for you during this time it really hurts a lot in clearing the congestion so you can do it three times in the day rest I would suggest you to consult your paediatrician for proper medicines to be used
