My son is facing constipation. He is facing hard stool. Any home remedies or medication that can be helpful He is drinking less water and I am giving him curd with berries regularly. Is it because of curd?

A. hello make sure to give a well balanced food in the diet n include more of fruits n vegetables rich in fibre n also make sure to guve water well after solids which will help baby get releif from the constipation problem
